REFUND POLICY

As our products are downloadable, we are unable to provide customers with refunds. If your product is proven to be faulty, we will fix it and replace it within a reasonable time. We are happy to issue a refund or a store credit for duplicate purchases.

Please make sure when you are making a purchase that it is what you want, as mistakes cannot be seen as a reason for refunds. Please listen to the demos, read the product description and software requirements carefully before you purchase.

The customer is responsible to have the knowledge required to use the product.
